Recommended Attire

Ideal attire
Leotard, tights, ballet shoes.

For beginners/first day
Close-fitting stretchable top and stretchable pants (no longer than knee length pants) with socks.

Singapore Adult Ballet Classes

Classes Available

for Class Timetable

Term 1 - January to March
Term 2 - April to June
Term 3 - July to September
Term 4 - October to December (this term usually has 8 instead of 10 lessons)


Beginner-Introduction -- With no previous dance/ballet background
Strictly only two intakes for new Beginner Class per year: January and July.
- Wednesdays 8.30-9.30pm (held during Term 1 and Term 3)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Beginner 1 -- Some dance background needed (Knowledge of basic positions, posture, weight placement, barre work, temps lie, releves and sautes in all positions).
For those who have completed Beginner-Intro Class.
- Wednesdays 8.30-9.30pm (held during Term 2 and Term 4)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Beginner 2 -- Around RAD Grade 2-3 standard. For those who have completed at least 1 term of Beginner 1 Class, or with dance/ballet background.
- Sundays 8.45-9.45pm (held during Term 1 and Term 3)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Beginner 3 -- Around RAD Grade 2-3 standard, with extended ballet vocabulary. For those who have completed at least 1 term of Beginner 2 Class, or with dance/ballet background.
- Sundays 8.45-9.45pm (held during Term 2 and Term 4)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Intermediate 1 -- Around RAD Grade 3-4 standard. At least 1-year of adult ballet class experience. Able to do single pirouettes.
- Sundays 7.45-8.45pm (held during Term 1 and Term 3)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Intermediate 2 -- Around RAD Grade 5-6 standard. At least 1-year of adult ballet class experience. Able to do single pirouettes.
- Sundays 7.45-8.45pm (held during Term 2 and Term 4)
- $130 for 10 lessons

Intermediate 3 -- Around RAD Intermediate Foundation standard. Ballet background required. At least 1-year of adult ballet class experience.


Advance 1 -- Around RAD Intermediate to RAD Advanced Foundation standard. Freework class. This is also a pre-pointe class, so participants should be able to be execute all steps en demi pointe.
- Saturdays 8.10-9.20pm
- $135 for 10 lessons

Advance 2 -- Around RAD Intermediate to RAD Advanced Foundation standard. Freework class. This is also a pre-pointe class, so participants should be able to be execute all steps en demi pointe.
- Saturdays 8.10-9.20pm and 9.25-9.40pm (same lesson as Advance 1. students in this level stay an extra 20mins for pointe work)
- $135 + $25  for 10 lessons

Open Class -- Adult Ballet Intermediate and Advanced standard with less explanation. Around RAD Grade 8 or Intermediate standard. Pointe work.
